We were helping CAT.com to envision a better way to utilize their rich brochure content in the space of their desktop and mobile site experiences to better inform their customers during the purchasing process and to create more leads. My role as the Lead UX Designer for CAT.com site enhancements and transformation strategy project was to streamline the team of 4 UX Designers and work with our digital project management team to create a cohesive experience for the various touch points.
